ESTABLISHED IN 1998 in Houston, Texas, we provide training, coaching, and consulting solutions for clients that span the globe. Our clients share a commitment in partnering with us to create positive and sustainable change in employee performance and organizational culture, delivering results that meet their unique challenges in the office or while working remotely.
As an independent consulting firm, we research the best practices and tools in talent development to better serve our clients and their learners. In addition to our own proprietary programs, we enrich our service offerings by partnering with top leadership brands through rigorous certification and authorized distributor agreements. These world-renowned programs include Everything DiSC, Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team, Situational Leadership II, and many more.
In virtual or in-person sessions, our highly experienced facilitators deliver a consistent message to support your organization’s strategic initiatives and core values, weaving the seven Signature Leadership Principles as critical leadership priorities throughout every curriculum element. Every program, live or on-demand, provides follow-up resources to cement the training content and enhance the transfer of learning from the session to on-the-job application.
Our coaches work with individual managers, executives, and teams to identify performance goals, overcome challenges, and build upon strengths to achieve greater success. Our coaching plan follows the Emotional Intelligence (EQ) model of leadership to create behavioral self-awareness, develop self-management of behaviors, and enhance relationships with individuals and teams. We utilize assessments, meeting observations, and self-paced developmental assignments in conjunction with coaching sessions to provide the attendee with a variety of perspectives and opportunities for growth and development.

My extensive corporate background of over 20 years spans both public and private sectors, from small start-up firms to Fortune 500 companies, including those in manufacturing, healthcare, retail, and business services. Coupled with an entrepreneurial spirit and global company of my own, I provide the leadership acumen needed for success in today’s business world.
I am an honors graduate from the University of Texas, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and teaching certification in English and Psychology. A proud native Houstonian, I hold a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Houston Clear Lake and teaching certification in Marketing from the University of Houston. I believe that leaders are learners and have a responsibility for demonstrating their own willingness to learn and engage in continuous opportunities to do so through formal training, informal discussions with others, reading, and traveling. These learning activities engage the mind, enrich the spirit, and open the doors to discover new possibilities.
As a Past President of three Houston professional associations (National Speakers Association, Institute of Management Consultants and Association for Talent Development), I maintain an active membership and volunteer role in professional, community, and service organizations, including HR Houston and ATD (Association for Talent Development) Houston. Leaders have a responsibility to give back to their professional communities. Leaders who volunteer share their wisdom, demonstrate their expertise, and inspire others to advance in their professions. One of the best ways to experience servant leadership is best learned as a volunteer leader.
On a personal note, I am blessed to be surrounded by a loving family and amazing friends. I look forward to planning road trips, welcoming unexpected visits, and spending as much time as possible with everyone around the campfire telling scary ghost stories or spinning tall tales. Other times, you can find me spending my days on the lake enjoying kayaking, paddle boarding, hiking through nature trails, or walking the beach. Now, that’s what life is all about!
