My extensive corporate background of over 20 years spans both public and private sectors, from small start-up firms to Fortune 500 companies, including those in manufacturing, healthcare, retail, and business services. Coupled with an entrepreneurial spirit and global company of my own, I provide the leadership acumen needed for success in today’s business world. 

I am an honors graduate from the University of Texas, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and teaching certification in English and Psychology. A proud native Houstonian, I hold a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Houston Clear Lake and teaching certification in Marketing from the University of Houston. 

As a Past President of two Houston professional associations (Institute of Management Consultants and Association for Talent Development), I maintain an active membership and volunteer role in professional, community, and service organizations, including HR Houston, National Speakers Association (NSA) Houston, and ATD (Association for Talent Development) Houston.
