The Better Conversations Every Day™ (BCE) virtual workshop, created by the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), is designed to build coaching skills through a simple, evidence-based, and practical approach. The two half-day sessions focuses on four core behaviors that help participants tackle real workplace challenges. The goal is to foster trust, psychological safety, collaboration, inclusion, resilience, and emotional intelligence, which are essential for thriving in today’s hybrid work environment.
